Management of Contracted Staff


The major advantage of this service is that it reduces staff overheads and eases the bottlenecks associated with the management of staff.

Our duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Recruit, select and place the staff whenever a vacancy arises within the contracted staff cadre.
  • Conduct due diligence on the staff before engagement.
  • Issue letters of appointment stipulating terms and conditions of service for specified periods.
  • Prepare, administer and effect salaries payroll.
  • Administer leave schedules.
  • Handle discipline and separation issues.
  • Pay all statutory deductions and file the relevant returns thereof.
  • Avail all relevant records on the staff to Government's Inspectors, your external and internal Auditors.
  • Update staff information and maintain contracts ensuring timely renewals.
  • Handle the staffs’ grievances up to the Ministry of Labor level.
  • Close supervision of the staff to ensure productivity and performance within your expected standards.
  • Undertake salary surveys within the market and advise you accordingly.
  • Follow up on training needs and arrange for the appropriate training.
  • Arrange for medical and insurance covers for the staff on behalf of the client
  • Facilitate issuance of loans (HELB, Banks)
